With over a decade supporting stakeholders managing complex agreements, I found that clients most often need informal and iterative legal support.  Whether they are working with vendors or customers, they typically need assistance spotting issues, scoping and contextualizing risk, and developing viable options. 

Working for a large federal agency, I gained experience in and knowledge of government contract law, government ethics, fiscal law, federal labor and employment law, litigation support and contracts disputes. I also spent time in-house with a publicly traded medical device company, gaining experience with corporate governance, contracts, litigation and M&A matters.

Small business owners and emerging growth companies need similar support to  scaled institutions, but at a cost that aligns to their budget.  I founded a law firm to cater specifically to south Texas-based companies facing this circumstance.  I draw on my diversity of experience and client-first perceptive to bring a professionalized legal support offering to the lower middle market and new ventures.

I am a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas with an Economics degree from Washington University in St. Louis, a JD from St. Mary's University School of Law, as well as, subsequent program work in Government Procurement Law at the George Washington University Law School’s LLM Program in Washington, D.C. and the Harvard Senior Executive Fellows Program in Cambridge, MA.
